Batch 1 gaming pillows went out with 2 unfortunate issues. This doesn't affect everyone, but if you're experiencing either of these two issues, here is how to fix them.

Issue 1: Loose Ball Socket Nut

• This one is pretty easy to solve. It boils down to: Contact us and we'll send you a replacement Ball socket nut.

Issue 2: Weak Pillow Arm

• This is a bit of a deeper fix, but I would say it's around the complexity of putting some Ikea furniture together.
